How do I edit file details?

Editing file details from the File Record Page

Option 1: Edit using the Quick Action

Steps

• Open the File Record Page for the file you want to edit.
• In the Highlights panel, click Edit.
• Update the file details.
• Save your changes.

Option 2: Edit using the Details tab

• Open the File Record Page.
• Select the Details tab.
• Click the pencil in the field you want to update.
• Update the file field.
• Save your changes.

After saving, the updated file details are immediately visible on the File Record Page.
